Our client, a large firm of chartered surveyors based in central London are looking to recruit a senior level PA; working for one managing partner and three partners. The position will be demanding, therefore they require an exremely organised, switched on, confident and personable candidate who relishes being thrown into a busy role that is continuously challenging. Duties will include: - diary management - extensive travel arrangements - booking meetings - typing a range of documents - organising conferences, functions, workshops, events etc. - dealing with personal work - completing expenses and timesheets - ad hoc project work The suitable candidate must have a minimum of 5yrs PA experience at senior level, advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint with 50wpm copy and audio combined with the ability to work with minimal supervision. It would be an added advantage if you have previous property experience but it is not essential.
